We are ‘e-Rides’ (hereinafter referred as ‘e-Rides, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) owner of this website“Website”).

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. To arrange a return please submit a request at with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you details on where to send the returned item(s). All cost incidental and connected to the return of product, including but not limited to, shipping cost, handling cost, shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the item/s contain factory defects.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund returned orders that we did not receive.

If the product is dead-on-arrival, for domestic purchases (US), we will cover the shipping costs for returning it back to us.

Cancellation and Return Fee

Order cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 4% admin charge of the total cost of the item cancelled, minus order shipping fee.

e-Rides warranty obligations for the electric rideable you have just purchased are limited to the terms set forth in this document. e-Rides warrants the product against manufacturer defects for 12 months (1 year) unless higher parts warranty period is offered by the manufacturer, for Mainboard, Battery and Motor. We will ship replacement parts free of charge to you when we have received and approved your warranty requests. You are encouraged to seek out local engineers who are familiar with the product(s) to repair the product with the parts provided, if you are not comfortable fixing the product yourselves.

Exclusions and Limitations

e-Rides warranty applies only to product(s) when purchased directly from our Website, but excluding Pre-Owned listed products. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to products sold by e-Rides. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by accidents, falls, abuse, misuse, heavy use or non use (causing battery degradation), over powering/going at top speed/climbing steep slopes(causing burnt board), water damage, doing tricks or modification of the product. In addition, if you try to repair the product by yourself or by an unauthorised person without the approval of e-Rides, your warranty or rights cease immediately. e-Rides will not entertain any return request if you simply no longer require the product or you failed to check the specifications of the product.

Battery damage from lack of use: If the Customer has done less than 100 miles in 12 months then the batteries can suffer battery degradation as a result of lack of charge cycles.

Battery damage from heavy use: If the Customer has ridden 1500+ miles a year, this can cause battery degradation and as such can cause the battery to suffer degradation, as such is considered out of warranty.

If a manufacturer that we carry their product(s) goes out of business, we will cease to provide warranty for all associated product we carry for the manufacturer.

The devices that we sell are not IP or water resistant, unless stated by the manufacturer. They are not to be used when it is raining, snowing, or on roads and environment where it is muddy, icy or covered in road salt. Any damaged caused as a result of water ingress is not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims does not include products on clearance sales.

Warranty ownership is non transferrable.
